Diamonize has become a solution to many wear, abrasion, corrosion, and erosion problems.
A perfectly uniform coating process, which is a low temperature alternative to standard
thermal spray processes. Diamonize can increase life of moving, rotating, and static
equipment which sees high wear in critical and food grade applications. Diamonize
can be applied to all ferrous and non-ferrous alloys & does not have line of
sight limitations. Diamonize has increased equipment life from 3 to 10 times in
some applications. Diamonize can be removed and then recoated later, as needed for
applications. Most importantly, this technology is an environmentally friendly alternative
to other processes such as electroplating, hardening, and chrome plating. This uniform
coating usually eliminates any need for post machining requirements. Coating
thickness can vary based on parts and applications. Most common thicknesses are
.002” to .015 “ with +/- tolerances of .0005” to .001”.
